What size should I buy?
While all of our breastfeeding clothes are made of jersey fabric which has a little stretch they are not designed to have a maternity fit. Our garments are produced in standard UK dress sizes, however just as you are probably needing a different size bra during breastfeeding you may need a different size top. We strongly recommend using our size guide before purchase ensure you pick the correct size.
How much is delivery and when will I receive it?
First Class Delivery to the UK AND Ireland is only £3.99 per order for clothing however much you buy! Second Class to the UK (not available to Ireland) is £2.99 however much you buy! We aim to despatch all in-stock items within 2 working days. Teething necklaces and gift vouchers purchased without a clothing garment will be cost £1.50 First Class and £1.00 Second Class.
Delivery to mainland Europe is available for £6 per order.
Delivery to the USA is £7.80 per order and delivery to all other countries including Australia and New Zealand is £8.60 per order.
Worldwide delivery times will vary, please contact us for more details and if you would like your item tracked (at a higher rate).
Delivery price is only refundable if your item is faulty.
Can I return an item?
We understand that judging your size post pregnancy can be tricky and we want you to love wearing our clothes so we offer our online customers a full refund for unwanted items within 14 working days of receipt. We will refund the full garment cost (not the postage). We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to try a different style or size, please return your items and place a separate order online which will be processed within the usual time frame. Items should be unwashed and still in their original packaging. Please be careful when trying on clothes as perfume or deodorant can stain clothing and we will not be able to accept them. Clothes that smell of smoke cannot be accepted either. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item it can be returned and we will refund you the full price along with the return postage costs. Returns are processed within 10 working days once received (although usually it is much quicker than this!)
Can I return a discounted product?
Refunds for item(s) from an order which had a Discount or Promotion applied will be calculated as follows: Where a discount has been applied to the entire Order, e.g. "£10 off" The discount will be applied evenly across the items ordered. If four items were ordered, then each item returned would include £2.50 of discount. If a % discount was applied, then the % would apply to each item.
If a Promotion was applied, i.e. "Buy One Get One Free", all items in the promotion must be returned, for a refund, otherwise the missing item will be charged at the current price.
How do I return an item?
A return address will be printed on your dispatch note. Please return your item unworn and in the original packaging to this address. Please include the compliment slip included with your original order when returning an item. If you would like to tell us why you are returning your order too that can be really helpful for us.
You may wish to use registered mail to send items back to us as we cannot accept liability for loss or damage in transit. The goods are your responsibility until they reach us. Refunds on a purchased item will only be paid once we receive and have accepted the condition of the product returned. Postage will only be refunded if we have made an error in shipping the wrong item or there is a fault.
Please be aware you are responsible for your items until they reach us, so you should get a certificate of posting from the Post Office or send as special delivery as appropriate.
